The Challenge
A growing distribution center, Thompson Machinery, was running out of floor space. Traditional shelving was taking up valuable real estate, leaving little room for additional inventory or future expansion. The company needed a smarter way to store—and fast.
The Solution
The team installed three Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) to replace rows of static shelving. Each VLM was customized to store a variety of SKUs in a compact, high-density footprint.
